TenXPro Privacy Policy

Last updated: July 8, 2026

This policy describes what information TenXPro (“the App”) collects, why, and how it’s used. We built this collection to be as minimal and anonymous as possible while still helping us understand how the App is used and performing.

Summary

TenXPro collects anonymous usage and gameplay analytics to help us improve the App and understand how it’s used. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other information that identifies you personally. We do not sell or share your data with advertisers or third parties.

What We Collect

Anonymous Install Identifier

The App generates a random identifier when it’s first installed, stored only on your device. This lets us count unique users and distinguish one installation from another — it is not a device fingerprint, is not tied to your Apple ID, Google account, or any personal identity, and resets automatically if you uninstall and reinstall the App.

Approximate Location

The App resolves your general location (city, region, and country) from your device’s IP address at the time of use. Your exact IP address is never stored or transmitted to our servers — only the resolved city/region/country level detail. This is used to understand where our users are located, and is not precise enough to identify your home address or exact location.

Device and App Information

This helps us identify and fix issues that only occur on specific devices or OS versions.

Usage Timing

This helps us understand overall engagement and when the App is used, without tracking any specific individual’s schedule or habits.

Gameplay Performance Data

For each ball-bouncing attempt, we record:

This data is tied only to your anonymous install identifier, never to your name or any other personal information, and is used to understand how players are performing and to guide future feature and difficulty-tuning decisions.

What We Do NOT Collect

How Data Is Used

The information above is used solely for:

We do not use this data for targeted advertising, and we do not sell or share it with advertising networks or data brokers.

Data Storage and Retention

Analytics data is stored in a private, access-controlled system and is not publicly accessible. Data is retained for as long as it’s useful for the purposes described above. If you’d like your anonymous data removed, see the Contact section below — note that because we don’t collect identifying information, we can only remove data associated with an anonymous install identifier if you’re able to provide it (e.g., via an in-app support feature, if available).

Children’s Privacy

TenXPro is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. The anonymous, non-identifying data described above may still be collected regardless of age, consistent with this policy.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
